3. Responsibility for Information: You’re responsible for accurate information. Notify us of any changes promptly.

4. Dispute Resolution: Disputes with Estate View will be resolved through binding arbitration, with an option to opt out.

5. Age Restriction: Our services are for adults only. Minors should refrain from use.

6. Terms Modification: We may update terms. Major changes will be communicated, and your continued use implies acceptance.

7. Service Providers: We connect you with third-party service providers, but we don’t endorse them. Use caution.

8. Health-Related Content: Seek professional advice for health-related queries. We don’t endorse specific information.

9. Real Estate Referrals: We connect users with real estate brokers. Investigate service providers before engaging.
