Cancellation Policy

Enrolling in the Estate View network involves a setup fee, where Agents/Brokers commit to a non-refundable membership fee of $325 for a Basic, $625 for a Standard, and $925 for a Premium Plan. The Referral Service Agreement takes effect on the Effective Date and continues for one year, automatically renewing for successive one-year periods unless terminated by either party with a 30-day notice.

In the event of termination, the agreement’s conclusion has no impact on any pending compensation, credits, or other amounts related to Referral Acceptance before termination. Automatic renewal is in place, with Estate View charging the Membership Fee to the credit card, debit card, or other payment information on file. The renewal payment occurs around the anniversary date, and the Plan persists until cancellation.

Authorization is granted for Estate View to update credit card information in case of expiration, utilizing an Account Updater service. By registering for the Service, users consent to the disclosure of credit/debit card information to the Account Updater and allow Estate View to use updated information from financial institutions. Cancellation requires completion of a cancellation form and submission to Estate View via email: cancellation@estateviewus.com, with the process detailed in the referral agreement’s terms. Membership is effective from the signup date and can be terminated by either party with a 30-day notice. The cancellation form must be submitted in full, and a confirmation number confirms the process.
